      Get a recruiter that will work with you, not fill an easy billet.

      Pros

      Very quick in filling me into my current role, paperwork and the hiring process was quick and recruiter was informative enough.

      Cons

      Filling you into roles that may potentially be under-utilizing your skill set, and over-qualifying you in that position. It's easier for a recruiter to fill billets that require less skills than work hard to get you a role where you want to be and are qualified for.

      easy to get a job with them, offer free online certification training

      Cons

      no benefits, I mean not even paid holidays or PTO, very little flexibility, care too much about the money and many times push the employee to the side, make sure to read your contract and its benefits and other things like when you can quick!
