Young, driven atmosphere that also understands life happens. Management is great, supportive and clear. Once you get a firm foundation you can really make a lot of money (200K+). Definitely a fan of my job! I didn't know this industry existed but I couldn't ask for a better fit for my social and restless personality. If you're social, driven and are excited by daily challenges, this job is for you. If you second-guess, get shy, are unorganized or get hung-up on bad days, this job is NOT for you. The internal office is full of like-minded, problem-solving and proactive people. Externally I get to spend a ton of time with my clients, driving my own business and handling it autonomously with support from management.

Excellent atmosphere, fair compensation, small company feel, and attentive management. Concerns can be expressed without fear.
