      Pros

      Everyone is friendly, sometimes they come to your workplace and give you food etc..

      Cons

      No Holiday Pay, No PTO, Benefits are a joke If you want to get paid you have to work. If you ask for a raise they will deflect you with BS and ignore you.

      Pros

      Great pay (it might start low for salary, but the bonus potential is way beyond anything else. The sky is the limit) A lot of opportunities to move up (financially and tons of directions you can go with your career) Amazing work/life balance (you get off for a ton of holidays and Christmas to New Years, a lot more than most in starting PTOs, you get off your birthday/anniversary, etc) Fun environment (the people are a lot of fun and the team building events are awesome)

      Cons

      High turn over. If you don't get a hang of the job, it's easy to get lost and fail. - pro tip: learn more about IT, push yourself to learn more about Apex, the job, and hit all of your goals, be friendly to everyone (it's not worth it holding grudges and only hurts you in the end), and just don't give up
