      -Willing to pay fair wages to retain and recruit talent. -401K -Friendly culture

      Cons

      -Lack of quality training options -Unclear certification reimbursement policy -No paid time off -401K is only 1% match -Insurance is very expensive for the group plans -Very little to no feedback or contact from Apex -Rate adjustment (raises) for cost of living increases and USD inflation are underwhelming

      Pros

      I cannot speak highly enough of my experience with Apex. From the moment I reached out, they were incredibly responsive and professional. Working with Ryan as my recruiter was an absolute pleasure - he went above and beyond to ensure that I was well-informed throughout the hiring process and was always available to answer any questions or concerns that I had. Thanks to Apex, I was able to land a job that is a perfect fit for me. I would highly recommend them both for job seekers and companies looking for top talent in their field!
