      Pros

      uncapped commission but only if you are lucky and set up with the right accounts from the start.

      Cons

      In my opinion, the pay is not worth the stress.

      Uncapped Commission - Great Training - Low Commission %

      Pros

      Great for right out of college, get some experience and training for a year, and then go somewhere with a more lucrative commission model. Great to build a skillset and get introduced to recruiting. The recruitment manager is the goat.

      Cons

      You can put a lot of work in building a book of business and barely make a dent in your commissions paid back. Very frat bro culture.

      Pros

      Apparently all future employees on track to be an EM will have to go through this role It has a higher pay than PC Exposure to more clients

      Cons

      If you are already doing a lot of EM work, this won't feel any different Currently, the metrics are not different from PC. My bonus lowered from taking this position Was told I won't be considered for the EM role until I have been in this role for 6 months. Watching people from other departments get the EM role is very disheartening.
