Turn them and burn them mentality-Right before i left i found out that my branch had a 50% turnover ratio within the first year. Poor management-there were a number of times i was caught in ethical dilemmas due to management saying/doing something. The things that occurred would have made a company terminate that individual immediately. This did not happen here. Lack of work/life balance-no flexibility here. You were treated like a middle schooler with hall passes. No trust from management. Frat boy mentality-yes, happy hours were fun but management would let people get out of control. People would completely back out from drinking.
