      Pros

      Company Culture, Entry-Level. For someone who just graduated college... this job is ideal. You don't need any experience, you are guaranteed to get paid every week for doing the bare minimum, it is pretty much the 19th grade. Everyone is a recent graduate and no one really knows what they are doing.

      Cons

      Pay, Cold Calling. The pay is horrible and they try to make it not as bad by company bonuses. You are also on a head-set for 8 hours a day.

      - Daily routine gets boring after a while - Recruiting isn't for everyone - Turnover can be high in this industry
