      Overall great company, but can fix a few things.

      Pros

      Awesome people, easy and quick feedback from recruiters/HR and decent pay. Overall, the company is really quiet impressive and one I could easily see myself working with for some time.

      Cons

      They really need to lower the cost of their health insurance for families. Even the smallest package for an adult and a child is nearly $200/WEEK. That means I’m spending well over $800/month on insurance to cover myself and another individual—really Apex? $16/hr seems okay until you are short $800/month because you have to insure yourself and a child.

      Pros

      As an IT contractor company cooperated with large IT companies, you can have the opportunity to work for some client that is a major competitor in the market, very interesting working environment: your manager is a full-time employee of the client company, and your co-workers are contractors mostly.

      Cons

      My client rarely extend a full-time job offer to contractors, and there is a one-year limitation on the contract, so even if you want to work for the client continuously, you have to come back three months after you left the position.
