Pros

Weekly Pay All the recruiters are knowledgeable and extremely nice willing to work with you on finding different employment

Cons

submitting your own hours on two different systems is a little annoying because I will forget a lot of the times but that's about it

Floating Holidays are given off.

Cons

Pay is lower than competitors. It is a "churn and burn" shop, meaning that they expect most employees to fail. A general atmosphere of dishonesty exists throughout the company. And, at the local branch level, racism/sexism/homophobia was prevalent. But my biggest complaint is that they make you audit your own checks, and will fight you tooth and nail to get paid the money you earned. Very skeezy.
