      Pros

      Apex has such a great group of people and has that "work hard, play hard" mentality. We do monthly happy hours and have frequent catered lunches. Everyone is super helpful and wants everyone to succeed. No one is left behind and you are awarded and recognized for your efforts as you grow with the company. There are multiple career routes at Apex so you can really choose what you want to do. You can make a ton of money, bonuses, and you'll learn a lot. If you're good, you'll quickly be promoted.

      Cons

      This job is a grind, but its worth it once you get settled and see results. Everyone wants to work hard, and does, and be successful and they'll help you do it!
