      Pros

      great teamwork mentally across departments, awesome benefits/perks, learn something new every day, opportunity for growth

      Cons

      No option to tele-commute (at least not in my department). My commute to work isn't horrible (45 minutes each way), but it would be nice to have the option to work remotely in my role at least once/week.
