      Pros

      People - you get to work with some of the most out going, intelligent and driven people in the industry who will turn you from a entry level college graduate to a very well rounded business person. Culture - Apex embodies the work hard/play hard mentality. Everyone is driven to succeed by working together. Opportunity - the opportunity is always performance based, never on tenure which opens the door for limitless possibilities.

      Cons

      If you are looking for a "easy" job where you can surf the web all day and have little responsibility, this is not it. This is not a place where you can just "cruise" and be successful, its a competitive environment and takes some hard work but, you will be rewarded for it.

      With commissions you can make a lot of money, but you have to be willing to work extra unpaid hours Young atmosphere in the pit, good music Good first job

      Cons

      Not very ethical All they want is to make more money People management is horrible You can work as hard as you want but ultimately your commissions and success are based on whether or not the account manager can actually close a deal

      You can make good money with the right accounts. Fun co-workers if you are right out of college. Lots of happy hours.

      Cons

      Its a Frat House! Promotions are a popularity contest. Management will call you out in front of everyone. Your life needs to be an open book or you get looked down on. The base salary is a joke. Recruiters are looked down upon.
