      Pros

      The environment is young and fun. Lots of team building events planned to keep the drama down in the office. Your job is completely outlined for you on paper.

      Cons

      Favoritism is a huge problem. The "best" recruiters get the easiest reqs to work on. The "best" AM's have accounts handed to them and only have to maintain. It can also be a problem if the MD is never around so an AM "assumes" they are the boss, so now you have 2 or more "bosses"....

      Pros

      Good training ground if you want to work in sales, recruiting, consulting, etc. Not a great place if you want to do something more "skill" oriented like accounting, or engineering.

      Cons

      It's a churn and burn environment. If you make it past two years, you're doing pretty well. Most people who can stick around for two years end up doing very well; either within Apex, or at another company.

      Remote work Flexible hours Benefits Fast paced and lots to do Career growth and opportunities Company culture is great! Resource management groups are the best

      Cons

      There is so much happening within the company, trying to get a full picture is difficult. Pay is lower than expected.
