      Pros

      I had a very good experience. A recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn, and the job paid more than I've ever made, and I honestly figured that I wouldn't get the job. In fact, it was so easy that I that I thought there had to be a catch but, there wasn't. I got an 18-month contract with a really great employer and I'm fully remote.

      Cons

      No PTO and the 401k match is actually laughable.
