We give you ALL the tools/opportunity to succeed. I've worked at a few other recruiting agencies before, but none that give me the resources I need to be successful!

Cons

You have to be willing to put in the work! It is a grind at first. If you are willing to put in the work upfront, you will see long term results.

Pros

CC is great for self-motivated salespeople who know how to pick up new business and manage those relationships long-term. Performance is rewarded monetarily and with upward mobility. The resources here are unmatched.

Cons

If you don't like doing business development and building relationships over the phone, you will find it very hard to achieve success here. Many top performers work well above 40 hours per week.

Maybe get rid of people more quickly once they show signs of unethical.
