Pros
- Company culture - Atmosphere - Luncheons - Laid back environment when you're on top of your game!
Cons
- Left when CyberCoders was acquired by On Assignment/Oxford International. Felt a shift in how the environment was about to change. Maybe not for the worst, but Cybercoders wasn't the same company to me after that. They still have parties and all, but as an engineer, the job wasn't as fun anymore.
