      Pros

      - Lindsay Larson is an amazing manager and a true leader, her expertise and professionalism are unparalleled - Excellent support from management and higher ups - Plenty of training and CE - Excellent base salary and benefits - Work life balance is promoted not frowned upon - Truly an all around good company to work for - Full remote work

      Cons

      - The job is simple, not easy, it requires a lot of work to get ramped up but the pay off is so much sweeter than any other "sales" position I have ever worked

      Pros

      - Lots of free stuff - "unlimited PTO" - Some managers are great

      Cons

      - "Unlimited PTO" means you don't get paid while on vacation somehow - There's tons about "earning potential" but what they mean is you work your butt off to "split" a placement with someone. - Most of the managers just want results. They don't spend the time to train you. - This is basically an entry level job with a base salary barely above minimum wage.

      There are opportunities to make money.

      Cons

      Management is incredibly toxic. It is not right that they allow management to openly state derogatory and racist comments on his profile ON the company website. This company does not have qualified leaders.
