Pros

CC is great place to work if you have recruiting experience and would like to take charge of your your career. The work culture is GREAT and everyone around you wants to see you succeed. My manager Q is absolutely the best. Iv'e worked at other agency's and had other recruiting managers and CC is such a relief from my past experiences. Managers do not micro manage. If you come in, do your job and work hard, you will succeed here. CC gives you the tools to find great clients and awesome candidates. You just have to put in the work to see the results.

Cons

This is not a company that holds your hand. You defiantly have to have recruiting experience in order to thrive in this company.

Pros

Great place to take your career for maximum earning potential. Very much a work hard play hard atmosphere. Fun and casual family like environment with co-workers. The technology given to you is insane and allows you access to way over 11 million candidates on a dime. If you are a hard worker, you won't have any trouble making a very nice income. Lots of extra perks too, great bonus payout, fun parties and prizes. They really take care of you here, I know I'm working my butt off, but I also feel the recognition for it and feel like I'm being compensated well for it.

Cons

You have to put in the work to do well. While the managers are there to support and guide you, they won't hold your hand. You can't skate by here, if you aren't on top of it at all times, your desk will definitely reflect that. There are a lot of different teams with different managers and different manager styles. Some of the managers are hands-on and some are hands-off. There should be more of a balance there.

Pros

If you have the right manager, you can make a lot of money here. Problem is, there are only 4-5 "right" manager. The rest provide no guidance, take work from your desk and lie straight to your face on a regular basis.

Cons

They take companies off your desk. They go back on written agreements. They poach companies from employees. There really is 0 loyalty in this company all the way up to the President. You can do all the work and hav everything set and they will award other people with the fruits of your labor.
