Honest Opinion on CyberCoders!!
Pros
I've been at CyberCoders for 3+ years and love everything about it. When people say they can make "Unlimited" commission here it is very true and realistic, unlike other places. The culture here is unlike any other. We work in a very fun open office. When I arrived 3+ years this was a relief to me due my time in "cubicle hell" at previous sales positions. CC is a place where you can move into management as quickly as your #'s say you should. This place is a pure Meritocracy which of course means you won't have to wait years to "get your place at the table" if you choose to do so! This company is also family-oriented. There are 6-7 events per year where employees can bring their family/kids if they choose to do so. Last but not least is the Technology that exists here. I've worked for bigger staffing companies that did not have the database/technology CC has. I'd recommended this place to anyone who wants to get started in the Staffing industry or even someone who's been in it for awhile and would like better tools to do their job.
Cons
We work on a draw. This scares some people off. The fact is the people who make the most in sales environments are not scared off by this. Sales isn't for everyone and the same applies here. If you are afraid to talk on the phone this isn't the right place for you.
