      Open, honest and forthright, with caring leaders and hard-working teams.

      Cons

      Directly focused on meeting the customer's needs, and empathizing with the customers when they have problems; this can lead to slow progress (waiting for the customer's decision).

      Work/Life balance and benefits are decent.

      Cons

      I worked for ECS for several years on a government contract. While my male colleague received the title and pay for the PM role that I was doing. Majority of the leadership positions are male. Not women friendly culture/women are overlooked on promotions and pay increases, even when there is harassment HR tends to make it disappear without a true solution.
