Pros
Good PTO. Annual raises. Telework. They leave you alone to work. Strong parent company (ASGN). They're trying to engage their employees more over the past few months.
Cons
Advancement is really hard to come by for contractors. You want anything from them, you have to twist some arms. They do have professional development reimbursements but it's hard to find the time to use it.
