      Pros

      ECS is a growing company in the cyber and AI fields. It has several large programs with interesting missions, The company offers great benefits, and it has an excellent business pipeline. ECS is working to improve its corporate culture in terms of learning and development, communicating with employees, and in other areas.

      Cons

      Managers not showing interest in their employee's professional development. Managers only providing performance feedback at the annual review. Unqualified people are sometimes sent to conferences, promoted, and/or spotlighted in corporate communications. Recruiters don't follow up on internal job applications.

      Nothing at all on ECS

      Cons

      ECS maintains a blacklist of employees and sub-contractors that they don't like and will block you from working on Project Maven because they did not like you. Blacklisting is illegal, and ECS is preventing hard working people from advancing Project Maven.
