      Pros

      If you get on management's good side, they will fight for you. They have always been considerate of work life balance.

      Cons

      They follow industry trends of making you do more with less, yearly pay raises are inconsequential these past couple years. They try to accept work first and then figure out how to support it second.

      Huge company with micro divisions

      Pros

      Lots of growth opportunities. Each division is different so if you want to move around, you could find yourself in a completely different division which has a completely different work ethic and style that better suits you.

      Cons

      Much of the leadership recruited from former Stanley/CGI relationships but they aren't always the right fit. Be nice to recruit more internally. Changes to benefits made that weren't communicated with enough time and many employees were not fairly compensated for these changes.
