Pros
There are a plethora of "remote" work options available. The company is small, but large at the same time. Great breadth of opportunities. One of the best things is that as a contract comes to an end, the company goes to herculean lengths to retain their talent and "soft-land" them to another project. Excellent benefits, including $5000 per year in educational reimbursement.
Cons
Still working out a few minor kinks in "processes" as they transition from a smaller to a larger company. Nothing insurmountable.
