      ECS doesn't care about the growth of their own employees. I inquir4 ECS is growing rapidly and seems to obtain a new company every year. All they care about is getting bigger and making more money yet employees don't see those benefits. ECS is not competitive in pay and under pays many employees.

      Management really seems to care about employees. I always seemed to get good raises. Good incentives and tuition reimbursement

      Cons

      Can be tough working remote from corporate as you seem a bit detached from what is happening within the company. Would like to see them help provide paths to upward mobility.

      ECS didn’t uphold extra PTO time offered in offer letter. Lack of communication. HR doesn’t respond if they don’t want to answer an employees question, but if it’s in favor of the company making money they will answer immediately. Strong nepotism culture.
