      Salary is the best part for sure. Tuition assistance and other benefits are also nice

      Cons

      Quality of life at company is dependent on the contract. I've worked here for about a year and I don't feel like an ECS employee, I feel like a federal employee with a much higher paycheck. PTO isn't great. It also feels impossible to move up in the company once you're on a contract.

      My team was great! They have great benefits.

      Pay could be a little higher. They do not offer severance if they lose the contract with the government.
