Good educational benefits Good management structure (at least on my team) Good pay and ability to advocate for your own raises

Cons

If you dont advocate for your own raises you will occasionally get less than desirable end of year raises but any year i requested a raise i got healthy raises of 7-15 percent

Of course like any other corporate environment, your experience will depends on your manager & program. But from my personal experience -supportive management -open lines of communication -room for growth if you work hard & continue to educate yourself -flexibility -lots of internal training resources

Cons

-upward mobility can stagnate & is dependent on contracts -have to fight for raises and advocate for yourself
