      Pros

      I've only been with ECS for a little while, but so far I like the fact that there are so many more opportunities to work on different projects and in different agencies. The benefits are also pretty good, especially medical. The company also seems to place high value on contributing to the community and does a good job of sharing and encouraging the work that employees do towards that end.

      Cons

      The company maxes out at 20 days of PTO accrual per year and only allows you to carry over 160 hours per year. My last two companies had much better accrual (max 30 days per year) and carry over (300 hours) policies.

      Pros

      Great family environment; everyone is incredibly nice to each other and fosters a really collaborative environment. Personally for me, I feel that I am well compensated. Great learning opportunities especially in classified government space. I can personally attest if you are in the engineering space (Data Scientist, Data Engineer, Systems Engineer, Software Engineer, Cloud Engineer) there’s great opportunities to grow your career and do some really cool work as well as get good compensation.

      Cons

      It’s a fast paced environment which is great; but sometimes it’s an extreme grind.
