      Remote work and happy hours

      Incompetence is rampant at the management level. The company will continue to lose opportunities on new work and recompetes. If you are looking for a long term gig, look elsewhere. Could be a good place to work, but the environment, management, communication, and teamwork could be vastly improved. For a place which says it has a hard time finding people to fill positions, they don't respect the ones they do hire and they have a very high turnover. Some of the people were nice to work with, and it could be a good place to work if they didn't have a culture of denigrating members of other teams, that breeds frustration and eventually hostility between groups. Communication is definitely lacking.

      Very generous leadership sensitivities. They're open to communication and empower employees to resolve problems internally.

      Cons

      Some BUs seem to have disproportionate influence over decisions for the company and how certain engagements are handled.
