Does not care for employees. You're not actually a Salary employee, will back you into corners forcing you into negative leave balance despite there being a pandemic. HR takes forever to answer anything. Toes the lines of Legality when coming to employee's and pay.

The overall management is very poor. Management has no plan on how to get you up to speed. Manager often doesn’t know what your working on or how you are doing. They do a bad job of assigning tasks to new employees and don’t help you much when you need some help.
