      ECS fosters a really supportive environment for learning new things and collaborating with a team. As a small marketing team, we are always adapting and trying new things which I love.

      Pros

      Pay is fair, benefits are good most years (changes services or benefit providers terms annually which is not really a pro but they are always available in some form).

      Cons

      DoD contractor, so contract is up for bid every 3-5 years with options. Contract is a sub position and parent company is not as people oriented as ECS.
