Pros

Division Managers are good, and seem to care about their staff. Although they appear to be handcuffed by President in many cases.

Cons

I was told last week my cell phone won't be covered by ECS in 2017, even though its required to properly perform my job. I cannot wait to see how my government customer feels when I tell them that the only way to get to me is via my desk phone. ECS - providing only the best support to the government by forcing employees to pay for their cooms to the client.
