      Pros

      Amazing place to start a career. Always feel welcomed with every group here and the work place is very diverse. Great work life balance and getting time off is easy

      Cons

      Sick leave and pto are combined which really makes it difficult to decide if you should call out or not. Raise is dependent on how much budget is left over after other departments get their raises

      Pros

      - Great people. I rarely meet people at ECS that are unpleasant to work with - Pay. In my experience ECS pays above industry standards - Programs. ECS deliver's on a lot of interesting programs

      Cons

      - Growing into it's shoes: ECS has drastically grown over the last 5 years, and has some catching up to do op's and communications across different teams - While the work/life balance is good, there is a lot of work to be done in each role. This isn't a good place to hit cruise control on - Benefits: They could provide better healthcare options and better maternity/paternity leave.
