      Pros

      I have worked at ECS on their proposal team for over a year. Since starting here, I have been flooded with countless opportunities for training, professional development, and teamwork. Pay is competitive, schedule can be flexible, and work has been majority remote. The team dynamic is supportive, welcoming, and fun. Hard workers flourish here.

      Cons

      Occasional long hours but nothing you wouldn't expect from other companies in this industry.

      Pros

      Inclusive, decent mgmt., reasonable expectations, decent benefits, friendly staff. Company social events are nice nd do bring people together.

      Cons

      Lots of turnover, unexpected layoffs, low ball incumbent staff and then subsequently release folks that ask for more money as soon as they can.
