      Pros

      Great family environment; everyone is incredibly nice to each other and fosters a really collaborative environment. Personally for me, I feel that I am well compensated. Great learning opportunities especially in classified government space. I can personally attest if you are in the engineering space (Data Scientist, Data Engineer, Systems Engineer, Software Engineer, Cloud Engineer) there’s great opportunities to grow your career and do some really cool work as well as get good compensation.

      Cons

      It’s a fast paced environment which is great; but sometimes it’s an extreme grind.

      - Since it is a large company, there's lot of potential for new work should your contract end or get awarded to another company

      Cons

      - However, because it is a large company, individual employees tend to get lost in the shuffle of day-to-day operations.
