Pros

I've been working for the company for 7 years, and after reading both the positive and negative reviews, I have to say that most of the expressed sentiments are accurate. The pros: 1) Constantly adding new business through contract wins and acquisition 2) Lots of support to allow you to get the training you want 3) Decent salary and benefits

Cons

1) HR thinks giving an annual $25 gift card at Thanksgiving is nice, when really it's an insulting way of saying "Here, we went to all the trouble to invest a WHOLE $25 to thank you for being an employee this year" 2) Tenure has nothing to do with performance. Had one supervisor who treated employees so poorly that he/she was removed from the contract. Rather than being fired, the supervisor was moved to another contract and given more responsibility, while the some of the employees who were treated so harshly were unceremoniously let go as their contract expired. 3) No true corporate culture or sense of "we're all in this together" 4) Salary increases are small even in good years

Upper Management Disaster

Pros

Great co-workers as you form a strong bond since we all commiserate with one another in a terrible, hostile, and abusive work environment.

Cons

Upper management are all in the "old school small business" mindset, refusing to change and adapt to the 21st century. IT providing service company however equipment and systems provided to employees are an embarrassment. Inner departments cater to employees who don't perform well however knows to stroke the upper management ego. Upper management I was under refused to promote inner growth, encourage racism, abuse and discrimination. HR Department are full of staffs with very little knowledge of laws and regulations. They are not responsive not to mention unethical practices all around. They allow employees to be abused, discriminated and much more. Turnover rate speaks for itself. Communication does not exist in the company. You will only see upper management only when you are the being blamed. This company does not believe in internal growth therefore staffs at their current jobs for 5+ years never grew because they do not promote internal staffs. Performance reviews and annual raises are based upon how much your upper management favors you. Many practices are inconsistent as it is based upon how much you are favored. Exceptions are made for the favored employees while others are snubbed for simple benefits such as flex schedules, remote working etc. Initial interviews and offer negotiation states you are granted certain benefits but slowly they are taken away from you.

Pros

Some benefits are slightly above industry

Cons

This company is about money. That is all. They do not care about their employees. As a contractor for a federal client we were asked to work extra hours (on site) while they would only bill the government for 40 hours. They have retrograde policies when it comes to leave, and the people working on HR is disrespectful and verbally abusive. Everything is drama with them and please check your paycheck because they have "glitches" in their payroll system (which means that when you get overtime which is almost never because they expect you to work over 40 hours a week with no extra time while on government site ) and they will short your pay. My manager was an unprofessional lady who never replied emails and when I told her I was not willing to work overtime (paid for the government ) because ECS does not paid even though the government paid them she said she cannot understand why I was upset. Most people get upset when they work and get no payment. I really did not like my time here, taking leave is another drama, you have to use blocks of 8 hours or go without paid; they never make exception and whomever is in charge of HR is an employee that lacks respect for people and simple human communication skills.
