      Pros

      The MarCom team is an amazing group of individuals working together to create quality content and design. The team is led by a VP who trusts employees to do their job without micromanaging and encourages ownership and responsibility of tasks. There is a lot of work on everyone's plate, but hard work is recognized and rewarded by leadership. We are provided with flexible work schedules and remote locations which affords a great work/life balance. We connect for social events as much as possible and celebrate hard work as a team. If you're looking for a great team and strong, caring leadership, then this is the place for you!

      Pros

      ECS is a healthy, growing company with excellent management. Pay is very good, and they have competitive benefits, including a comprehensive training program with tuition reimbursement.
