Pros
ECS has a decent 401K pakage.
Cons
Medical benefits are pretty lousy. The culture at HQ isn't good. There is little in the way of teamwork, communication is VERY poor, and generally the company is cold and uncaring. A number of really talented people have left from the acquired companies and ECS couldn't care less.
