      Very laid back, employee oriented place to work

      Pros

      Compensation - yearly bonuses, insurance, vacations were great Co-workers - you couldn't find a better group of co-workers (family) to work with

      Cons

      After I left the company was either sold or bought out and through the grape vine I heard that all the pros I listed went with the company. But my experience and it's cons were lack of inter company communication on all levels especially from upper management to everyone under them.

      My regional manager is great and the products are high quality

      Cons

      The upper management doesn't plan very well. No national hospital contracts which are necessary to sell products; makes it very difficult to sell to any surgeons because the hospitals require the products to be on contract.

      Pay and benefits are competitive

      Cons

      management is top heavy and communication is non-existent. The harder you work the worst you are treated, but if you agree with management bad decisions you do not have to lift a finger.
