      Great products, poor planning

      My regional manager is great and the products are high quality

      Cons

      The upper management doesn't plan very well. No national hospital contracts which are necessary to sell products; makes it very difficult to sell to any surgeons because the hospitals require the products to be on contract.

      great work environment, coworkers, and location

      Cons

      Executives and Senior management are not in touch with middle management or other employees. We were made many promises with no follow through or the exact opposite of what was promised would happen.

      Mission of the company is dedicated to making a better life for people and to help the donor's family. Most of the executives are wonderful people and seem genuinely involved in the tasks at hand.

      Cons

      Middle management is lacking the necessary skills in many departments. Company is growing which comes with growing pains.
