      Pros

      The job is indoors and well air-conditioned.

      Cons

      Management attempts to keep employees in the dark about large changes in policy management blames HR for certain personnel decisons, while HR then blames managment Little to no control of toxic rumor mongering and gossip Most supervisors pay no attention to production needs

      The people I worked with were hands down some of the best people.

      Cons

      No clear direction. Often told one thing when another thing would actually happen. No job security. Constant loss of people creates an environment of anxiety.

      Pros

      Individual contributor team is incredibly nice. Most people are fairly caring and collaborative at that level of the organization.

      Cons

      Leadership is just awful. Sr operations (VPs and up) are clueless about how to run manufacturing and are constantly finding themselves distracted and unable to drive many products to actual profitability. On the R&D side, going all the way up to the CSO, it’s incredibly toxic. Other places I worked had much more competent and behaviorally mature executive leadership. Employees are constantly being pushed out through dishonest narratives created by these leaders so they can avoid actually firing to pay severance. And if they don’t do that, they just lay people off. This company also has history with financial fraud and illegally brokering human tissues. Don’t know why I thought they could change.
