We pride ourselves on ensuring instructors have full flexibility and autonomy on and off campus. Everglades University also prides itself on its commitment to its student body. We do not believe that nontraditional students are “low-quality”; the University works within a philosophy to train the career-minded individual and offer an education that will provide an employable and skilled person. We provide a supportive and engaging environment for faculty and students alike and strive to have open lines of communication with all parties involved. We are constantly striving for continuous quality improvement and will utilize the feedback provided to continue to make changes for the betterment of the university. We do not want faculty members on our team who call our students names.
