Pros

Everglades University in Tampa is a great institution to be a part of.. I have been with the campus since 2018 as a Marketing Faculty. The dean and administration are very supportive. As a professor you are appreciated for your expertise and input while given the space to do what you have been hired to. The campus celebrates milestones for faculty and student which makes you feel great to be a part of. The tenure of the campus leadership is a clear indicator that the campus emphasizes career building for their employees.

There is great work/life balance, plenty of opportunity for advancement, tuition reimbursement and I genuinely love the people that I work with here!

Cons

They are very few and far between.
