Pros

Team and family-like feel is by far the number one pro with Everglades University in the Online Division. Everyone there is so helpful and communicative. The weekly team meetings were something that I wished every job prior had done. Overall, a fun, happy, and team-oriented place to be. Pay is also decent, considerably more than found at previous positions. Benefits are great as well (full medical, plus optional vision, dental, and life, as well as 401k options). There aren't enough words for me to speak highly of our team's leadership. Jeff is a wonderful leader. There aren't many jobs where the VP takes his time every single morning to ensure he says hello to every employee. That is a rare find and a phenomenal display of kindness and leadership in my opinion.

Cons

Needed to hire someone to man the phones at all times. While it wasn't terrible, sometimes the phones caused a backup with other daily tasks.

Work at your own pace, the hours are flexible, working with a diverse mix of staff, No stress!, Supervisor cares about her staff and very respectful to us and fights for her staff.

Cons

I do not like working on Saturdays even though its only 1 Saturday out of the month
