Pros

Everglades helped me relocate my life to state that I always wanted to live. My career for the last 3 years has been the best decision of my life. I have met some of the greatest person (mentor) in my career growth here. Everything has lived up or exceeded my expectations or more. My advice for people coming from out of state, take a chance if you love to help people, I promise you won't regret it.

Pros

Great atmosphere, top tier online division leadership, team-work made the dream work, and motivationally driven. The best part is the online division VP, and the reason I even accepted the position - fair, straight forward, and uplifting. There is nothing like working with and for someone you admire and respect.

Cons

No jean Fridays, working on Saturdays (but we understand it is for the students benefit).
