Thank you for your feedback. We provide a formalized training process for our new Admissions Counselors along with regular checkpoints in weekly one-on-ones and team trainings on the fundamentals. Furthermore, we conduct programmatic trainings provided by our Academic Leadership to gain knowledge in the programs offered at the university. As in any career or occupation, success comes from both the organization providing training and the Admissions Counselor consistently bringing a winning attitude each day to learn, develop, evolve, and improve in the application of the training fundamentals provided.
