A University that truly cares for not only its students, but also its staff, administration and faculty. With competitive pay, PTO, holidays, 401k match, and the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of students this university is a wonderful place to build your career.

Pros

The students are great but you really feel for the ones not on VA benefits who are taking out loans for a $100K bachelors degree. There is nothing good about the actual work environment.

Cons

Excellent staff are hired then micromanaged into oblivion. Be prepared for Unrealistic expectations for workload and dealing with all the “trackers” one has to complete accounting for every second of the day on top of the actual job you’re hired to do. This place is a nightmare...if you aren’t a company “yes” man especially. Don’t even bother applying here.

Pros

People who fake it until they make it. Many faces to meet and greet you with an evil agenda.

Cons

This institution will never stabilize because of the constant turnover of leadership. Garbage in, garbage out. Population declining and will continue to decline due to the watered-down delivery of their product and constant chaos internally.
