the last thing that kept me going was my students. I was dedicated to them, and ONLY them.

Cons

All I want to know is who is the professor that posted the positive review right after EU slashed their pay?? LOL yeah right that "professor" probably spent a good chunk of her day crafting that one up.

I do not know where to start with this place. I am no longer employed at Everglades University but I still to this day have nightmares! No words can express the unethical and unprofessional behavior that takes place at this institution. It is a complete mess! please do not fall for the hype and fake positive reviews this place will make you appreciate every job you've ever had before and after! I wish someone could've warned me. Make sure you have your money saved because you will not be able to tolerate more than a few months , its absolutely ridiculous and I I pray I never have to encounter such unethical and unprofessional behavior again in my life they care nothing about employees and will yell at you in front of your peers and force you to do unethical things if you have morals run for your life!! I was lied on by a manager who told my coworkers to lie and say I do a bad job so she can build a case against me and I overheard people talking about it! Absolutely unbelievable!

Your co-workers will always be awesome and you will bond with them during your significant trials and tribulations. That is it for the PROS.

Cons

The President of this University is unethical, vindictive and a classic narcissist. You can expect to have your personal plans cancelled at any time with no regard to the impact on you. You can expect that leaders will try to use you against each other,An absolutely fear driven environment. No one stays for very long due to the intolerable work conditions.
