Cons

You gotta find your clique because that's how this place works you gotta be good at kissing Agency Charge buts. And if your black and working a lot of overtime be careful because it is our own that don't want to see us succeed sometimes.

Pros

The students are great. The schedule is Monday to Friday for the position, but there are weekend available hours too. The salary is decent. I feel like my ideas are listened to, especially with the ROC position. I know the parents really appreciate the work I do, they tell me all the time. The job is not easy, you work hard but the it's very busy, the time goes fast and you are doing something meaningful.

Cons

Some staff complain about doing their job and don't want to work hard. Not so much in my unit but I hear it from other supervisors. Sometimes need to work holidays since the kids don't all go home
