Good steady job - nice people and boss

Pros

Nice doing a job where you know you are needed. Students are great even if hard sometimes. Families are very nice to staff. Women in charge is great. Not many places where the boss knows your name and show interest in you, is willing to drop things and help you, asks about your family and stuff like that. Very welcome feeling. They try to show you your work matters and is appreciated. Nice bonus at the holidays.

Cons

Sometimes need to work extra hours without a lot of warning if someone calls out. Can be a little cliquey.
